We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit agency and receive funding from federal, state and local government agencies. Additional monies are always needed. With private donations we have been able to address special needs of clients that do not fall into current funding guidelines, such as providing a life-saving air conditioner in the middle of a heat wave or snow removal to clear a path for a frail elder.
We also request contributions from clients and families and participate in regular fund-raising events to secure adequate funds to keep elders independent.
Donations may be made for any occasion: a birthday, an anniversary, a memorial or as a simple thank you. A card will be sent to the designee acknowledging your donation and a tax receipt will be sent to the donor.
